Terms of service

SuperScraper provides an API that fetches and structures web content. You access it with an API key. You are responsible for keeping your key secret and for all usage under it.

Use the API lawfully. Do not use it to access data you are not permitted to access, to bypass authentication you do not hold, or to violate a site’s terms in a way that creates legal exposure. Scrape and crawl respect robots.txt by default.

Do not resell raw access, attempt to overwhelm the service, or use it to build a competing scraping API from our responses.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. One page is one credit. When your credits run out, requests stop until the next billing month or until you upgrade. A scrape that returns no data is not billed.

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. See the pricing page for the current plans and rates.

The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and we do not publish an uptime number we cannot back with an independent monitor.

The service is provided "as is". We report how each page was fetched and attach a completeness score to structured results so you can decide what to trust, but we do not warrant that any specific result is complete or correct. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
