Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-07-15

This policy explains what we collect and why. Plain language, no dark patterns. For how the underlying web data is sourced, see Data sources & provenance. To remove a record, see Takedown & opt-out.

What we collect

Account data: the email address you sign up with, and identity details from an OAuth provider if you use one.

Usage data: API requests, credit consumption, and error logs, tied to your API key so we can meter usage and debug failures.

Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

URLs and content you fetch

When you call the API, we fetch the URL you pass and return the result to you. We log the request for metering, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. We do not sell the pages you scrape or build a resale copy of them.

Where a request produces enrichment records that enter our shared graph, those records carry provenance and are subject to the takedown path described on the Data sources page.

How we use it

To operate the service: authenticate requests, meter credits, enforce rate limits, and prevent abuse.

To support you: respond to requests and diagnose problems.

To bill you: process subscriptions and overages through Stripe.

We do not sell your account data or your usage data.

Cookies

The marketing site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to run it, for example remembering that you dismissed the announcement bar and your theme preference. The dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing us. To remove a business or personal record from enrichment data, use the takedown path.
